Our spiritual teacher Ven. Kuten lama will offer teachings on Cittimani Tara and her Tara practice. This day is dedicated to teachings, practice, and meditation on Tara (Tsog day).
Tara is known as the Mother of all the Buddhas. She has 21 forms, however, Cittimani (Green) Tara is one of the most well known. In this form she helps people overcome fears and swiftly grants wishes. Mindfully performing this Tara practice is a way to develop a stronger relationship with her. This day of instruction and meditation will help us accomplish that.
