Holy Vesak Day of Prayers
Gaden Samdrupling Buddhist Monastery presents celebration of Vesak (Saka Dawa) – the holiest day celebrated by all Buddhists around the world.
Buddha Shakyamuni was born, attained Enlightenment, and went into Pari nirvana (left his body) on the full moon day in different years. Buddhists believe on this day any merit accumulated during this month multiplies 100,000 times. On this day we welcome everyone to join us for this day of prayer.
