Gaden Samdrupling Buddhist Monastery presents celebration of Holy Vesak Day Prayers.
Vesak (Saka Dawa) is the holiest Buddhist day celebrated by all Buddhists around the world.
Buddha Shakyamuni was born, Attained Enlightenment and went into Pari nirvana (left his body) on full moon day, same day on different years.
Buddhists believe on this day any merit accumulated during this month multiplies 100,000 times.
